Canada Day Fireworks in Oakville, Burlington And Milton
Time: 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Location: Spencer Smith Park
There will be live performances, face- painting, balloons and fireworks. Take the free Canada Day shuttle buses from the north side of the Burlington GO station (off Queensway Dr.) to the downtown Transit Terminal (on John St).
Time: 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Location: Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park
Join us for an evening celebration starting at 6 p.m., with the fireworks show at 10 p.m. (weather permitting). Bring a blanket or lawn chair and get to the park early to ensure a great seat for the fireworks over the water.
Family activities, music and food trucks will start in the park at 6 p.m. To avoid traffic, take the Oakville Transit shuttle to and from Bronte GO station to Oakville’s Canada Day celebration.
Time: 11:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Location: Milton Fairgrounds
Fantastic live music, wide variety of entertainment, diverse food choices, arts and crafts, fun activities for all ages, and the finale featuring spectacular fireworks under the stars.
Hosted by the Milton Knights of Columbus in Victoria Park, the Veteran’s Breakfast and Parade will take place beforehand from 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. The cost is $4 for two pancakes and two breakfast sausages or back bacon on a bun plus coffee, orange juice or iced tea. Proceeds from the breakfast will be donated to the Milton Canada Day Committee.
